FlowCyborg Terms, Shipping, and Returns

Custom Designs

Users are responsible for prompts, uploaded images, and designs they choose to order. Do not create or order content that is unlawful, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, infringing, or otherwise unsafe. FlowCyborg may block, cancel, or refuse designs or orders that violate these terms or partner policies.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Product prices include standard delivery. Applicable sales tax is calculated from the U.S. delivery address and shown separately before payment. Orders are submitted for fulfillment only after payment succeeds.

Shipping

FlowCyborg currently accepts orders for delivery to U.S. addresses only. Products are made to order through trusted production partners. Delivery time depends on product availability, destination, carrier service, and production time. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before payment.

Returns and Refunds

Because products are custom made, returns are generally available only for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items. Contact support as soon as possible with the order email, order details, and photos of the issue. Refunds for successful custom orders are not guaranteed when the submitted design and shipping address were provided correctly.
