Account Deletion

Delete your FlowCyborg account.

You can delete your account directly in the Android app or request deletion from this web page if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete In The App

• Open FlowCyborg and sign in.
• Go to Home > Account.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Request Deletion By Email

Send an email to support@flowtechpr.com from the email address used for your FlowCyborg account. Include "FlowCyborg Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Delete A Saved Design Only

• Open FlowCyborg and sign in.
• Go to Studio or tap View All under My Studio.
• Tap the delete icon on the saved design and confirm.

Uploaded photos that are not retained in checkout are also removed automatically after one hour. Deleting a saved design does not require deleting your FlowCyborg account.

What Gets Deleted

• Your Firebase account.
• Your saved design records and generated design files where possible.
• Your app order records stored in FlowCyborg.

What May Be Retained

Completed payment, fulfillment, tax, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, and support records may be retained when required by law, payment processor rules, or fulfillment obligations.
