FlowCyborg Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
FlowCyborg collects only the data needed to run accounts, AI design creation, checkout, fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, and app security.
Data We Collect
- Account data such as email address and Firebase user ID.
- Design data such as prompts, generated images, uploaded images, and saved design history.
- Google Play purchase records and verification tokens for optional AI generations and image enhancement. Flow Cyborg does not store full payment card details.
- Order and shipping data such as name, email, phone, shipping address, cart items, payment status, and fulfillment status.
- Payment processing data handled by Stripe. FlowCyborg does not store full card numbers.
- Technical data from Firebase, Google services, and app security systems, such as authentication tokens, logs, and crash or performance signals where enabled.
How We Use Data
- To sign users in and keep accounts secure.
- To generate, save, preview, and display custom designs.
- To verify optional Google Play purchases and enhance low-resolution uploads when requested.
- To process payments, create orders, ship products, and provide order support.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized purchases, and policy violations.
- To comply with legal, tax, dispute, refund, and payment processor obligations.
Optional Voice Input
If a user taps the microphone button, Flow Cyborg asks for microphone permission and opens the Android device's speech recognition service. That service converts speech to text for the design prompt. Flow Cyborg receives the resulting text and does not retain a raw microphone recording. Voice input is optional and typed prompts remain available.
Service Providers
FlowCyborg uses Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, app data, storage, cloud functions, and AI services; Stripe for payment processing; and production partners for product fulfillment. These providers process data as needed to deliver the app.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to account, order, and design records is restricted by Firebase Authentication, Firestore rules, and server-side Cloud Functions.
Retention and Deletion
Users can delete their account in the app from Account > Delete Account, or request deletion from the web at Delete Account. Account records, saved designs, and app order records are deleted where possible. Some payment, tax, fraud-prevention, refund, dispute, and fulfillment records may be retained when required by law or business obligations.
